WHO ARE WE?

Community Development Contractors

We are a Design-Build firm based in Tampa, Florida. Our history dates back to 1992 when Community Development Contractors, Inc. was initially formed. The founders of this venture are Michael Leeks, who served as General Contractor and President of the company along with Travis Hills, who served as Senior Project Manager and Vice-President. Both individuals continue to serve this endeavor, essentially occupying the same roles.

We provide a wide range of services for all areas of the Light-Commercial and Residential arena with emphasis on Community-Oriented development. We primarily work with individual Homebuyers, Commercial Property Owners, Non-Profit Organizations, and Local Government Agencies.
